A signing ceremony was held at our institution for the 2025–2026 Collective Bargaining Agreement covering our in-scope employees.

The ceremony was attended by our Chairman of the Board, Mr. Arslan Narin; our General Manager, Mr. Y. Selçuk Arık; President of the Turkish Petroleum Chemical Rubber Workers Union (Petrol-İş), Mr. Süleyman Akyüz; the Chairpersons of the Union’s Adana, Adıyaman, Batman, Tekirdağ, and Ankara branches; as well as employee representatives from our institution.

During the meeting, it was emphasized that the agreement, which prioritizes the preservation of labor peace and the improvement of employee rights, will bring significant benefits for both our employees and our institution.

The signing ceremony concluded with messages of mutual satisfaction, cooperation, and confidence in the future.
